What does the PTO do for the school?

The PTO supports many assemblies (for example, a presentation from The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia in 2018-2019) annually, and organizes many fun events for the students such as the Halloween and Valentines’ Dances.  The PTO has also successfully raised money for a variety of expensive improvements to the school – for example, the huge fan in the gym was a two year fundraising effort ($15,000), and has greatly improved the temperature in that room in the warmer months! The PTO spends approximately $10,000 annually on programming for the students, and your ongoing support is vital!
